These Terms govern your use of meaganbaileyphoto.com, our inquiry forms and questionnaires, chat, and related communications from Meagan Bailey Photo, LLC ("Meagan Bailey Photography," "we," "us"). By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Inquiries are not bookings. Submitting an inquiry, questionnaire, or chat message does not reserve a date or create a contract. Dates are reserved only once we receive a signed photography agreement and retainer. Each booking is governed by its own signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Pricing and availability. Pricing, packages, and availability shared on our website or in our messages may change until confirmed in a signed agreement.

Communications. By submitting an inquiry, you agree we may contact you by email and phone about it. Text messages are sent only if you opt in; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Photographs and content. All photographs and content on this site are owned by Meagan Bailey Photo, LLC and protected by copyright. Please don't copy, download, edit, or reuse them without written permission. Client image rights are described in each client's signed agreement and print release.

Third-party services. We use trusted third-party tools (website, CRM, gallery, and payment platforms) and aren't responsible for third-party sites linked from ours.

Disclaimer. Our website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes. We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
